Dear Hagren is someone who has grown on me throughout the course of the manga. He starts off as being one of those infuriating Gentleman Villains, but at the same time he is so self-centered and ruthless that he can be quite barbaric.
He was visually inspired by Jason Isaacs, though I was not able to due the resemblance justice for many years.
